Difference between Tcode FK01 and XK01 Screens

Hello Friends,

I want to know the difference between fk01 and xk01 screens of sap for creating a vendor. If anyone knows it then please tell me the appropriate difference so that I can proceed accordingly.

ANSWER

If you create a vendor in TCODE FK01 the master data can be maintained in two levels:

General data
Company code data

If you create a vendor in T Code XK01 the master data can be maintained in three levels:

General data
Company code data
Purchase organisation data

Also, MK01 is for master data maintenance at a purchase organisation level.
